WHAT:

Audition appointments are available at the beginning of each Season for all voice parts. Auditions will consist of vocalizations, ear testing, sight-reading, and a prepared solo (if the singer has one). Accompaniment will be provided. All San Antonio Mastersingers are strongly encouraged to have all appropriate and available vaccines .

WHEN:  

Auditions are by appointment only, in August 2024. Check here for updates.

Remainder of 2023-24 Season:

February 23 & 24, 2024 – Corigliano: Fern Hill with SA Philharmonic

April 7, 2024 – Theatrical Serenade, featuring favorites from Opera and Broadway musicals

May 10 & 11, 2024 – Brahms: Nanie/Schicksaslied with SA Philharmonic

June 2024 – International Choral Tour to Austria and the Czech Republic

The 2024-25 Season is currently being planned:

The Mastersingers is an all-volunteer chorus numbering approximately 120 voices. We perform in collaboration with the San Antonio Philharmonic and we self-produce additional concerts throughout the year.
